<text>North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un says that Korean reunification is "no longer possible" and asks the Supreme People's Assembly to amend the constitution to formally recognize South Korea as a separate and hostile state and South Korea as North Korea's greatest enemy. In the same statement Kim Jong Un said that he now believes that if Korean reunification "does" happen, it will be by a war and the total capture of South Korean territory by the North, rather than the "peaceful reunification" previously promoted by both Koreas. Kim Jong Un stated that while he doesn't seek such a war, he won't try to avoid it either. Kim Jong Un also called for the dissolution of North Korean government agencies relating to Korean reunification such as the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland and the demolition of physical symbols representing the former policy such as Arch of Reunification in North Korea's capital city Pyongyang. </text>
