# Two Iraqis were killed and 25 others were injured in a car bomb blast outside a public market in the town of Al-Qaim. The Islamic State is presumed to be behind the attack. 

Two people have been killed in an explosion in a city to which displaced families are being encouraged to return, the Iraqi Health Ministry said Friday.
