Anyone between the ages of 11 and 17 are able to become part of what's now known as Scouts BSA. And what's wonderful about it is that we can give them the skills for leadership," said Scoutmaster Kate Leaver. The Boy Scouts officially changes its name to Scouts BSA and young women join as official members of the organization for the first time.
