# Germany declares all of Spain as COVID-19 risk area, which will requires travellers to present a negative test results in order to avoid quarantine beginning on July 11, due to spread of more contagious Delta variant. 

Travelers entering Germany from Spain will need to present a negative test to avoid quarantine. The move comes amid a surge in COVID-19 cases in Spain.
