# Afghan authorities arrest Dawood Laghmani, Governor of Ghazni, was arrested near Kabul for abandoning the city of Ghazni when the Taliban captured the provincial capital. The Interior Ministry also reports the arrest of many of his colleagues. 

Ghazni [Afghanistan], August 12 (ANI): Afghan security forces arrested Ghazni Governor Dawood Laghmani along with his colleague on Thursday afternoon, said an Interior Ministry officials.
