# Singapore begins reopening of its borders with the launch of Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTL) for fully vaccinated travellers from Germany and Brunei, while quarantine-free restrictions will be eased for travelers of Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China (except Jiangsu Province), New Zealand and Taiwan. 

Border restrictions with Hong Kong and Macao will also be eased, with eligible visitors taking a COVID-19 test on arrival instead of serving a stay-home notice in Singapore.
