Capital punishment in Afghanistan

Afghan LGBT rights activist Nemat Sadat and an unnamed gay man in Kabul report that the Taliban beheaded the man's boyfriend on the same day they entered Kabul. Sadat said that while women are only executed if they commit adultery, homosexuals face an "automatic death sentence based on their mere existence".

With his boyfriend murdered, Ahmadullah is fleeing for his life from the Taliban. But he's running out of time
