#  South Korean National Assembly votes 166 to one invalid vote to approve the nomination of Han Seong-sook as the country's 50th Prime Minister, succeeding Kim Min-seok, as well as the country's first female Prime Minister in 20 years. The main opposition People Power Party boycotted the vote.
