# The U.S. Central Intelligence Agency releases 71 documents warning of a threat from Osama bin Laden and Al Qaeda prior to the September 11 attacks, including presidential daily briefs during the administrations of former U.S. presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush from 1998 to the day after the attacks.
