# Following a short circuit at a substation near Cologne, an investigation is underway into anti-constitutional sabotage. According to North Rhine-Westphalia's Interior Minister Herbert Reul, the search for suspects is proceeding in two directions: "foreign-directed sabotage and left-wing extremism".
