# The Houthis launch an offensive in western Yemen, clashing with the Yemeni Armed Forces and aiming to reach and cut the road linking Taiz to Al-Makha district. Fourteen balistic missiles and several drones are launched in Taiz and Hodeidah. At least 18 Houthi fighters and 13 government troops are killed in the clashes.
