The Serbian health authorities authorise a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine for immunocompromised people, health workers and anyone who was vaccinated at least six months ago, and would begin administering these doses on Tuesday.
The Montenegrin Parliament votes 43–27 to dismiss Justice Minister Vladimir Leposavić for disputing the death toll of the Srebrenica massacre in March.
