World Karl Popper Debate Championships The 2012 World Karl Popper Debate Championships are held in León, Mexico from 2 to 6 July. The results, announced on the WKPDC official website on 7 July, declare Pakistan the winner of the championship and Zainab Hameed best speaker and debater.
