Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte announces new measures that would give mayors a plan to impose curfews in their cities and towns at 9:00 p.m. local time. It also announces that it will suspend fairs and other local festivals; restaurants and bars are restricted to table service only after 6:00 p.m. local time with a maximum of six people, but they can still be closed at midnight. The new restrictions will come into effect at midnight and last until November 13.
