Cross-border shelling between Indian and Pakistani troops kill 15 people, including ten civilians, and five security personnel. The Indian Army says it foiled an "infiltration attempt from Pakistan" in northern Kashmir whereas the Pakistan Army claims it responded to "unprovoked and indiscriminate firing" from India.
