Senior Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob announces that the government will lift the conditional movement control order (CMCO) in Kedah, Melaka, Terengganu and Johor tomorrow but will place Kelantan under the CMCO until December 6. He also announces that foreign workers in some regions will have to undergo mandatory COVID-19 swab tests.
