Security forces in South Sudan arrest Puot Kang Chol the minister of petroleum and an army general, who are senior members of the main opposition and South Sudanese army troops surrounded Riek Machar house overnight before they withdraw later.All other senior military officials allied with Machar have been placed under house arrest.
