Coimisiún na Meán says it is engaging with the European Commission on the generation of sexualised images of women and minors as the sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery and generation of child sexual abuse imagery is illegal and platforms are illegal and platforms are legally obliged to act on reports of illegal media content.
