Palestinian officials say two teenagers were killed during an incident involving Israeli settlers and soldiers in al-Mughayyir, Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate, West Bank. The villiage council states that the Palestinian teenagers were killed when they were trying to prevent the Israeli settlers from stealing livestock. Israel's military says troops shot stone-throwers while protecting an Israeli civilian and police retrieving livestock.
