Belgium’s Consultative Committee announces to tighten its restrictions on social contacts by banning fans from sports matches, closing the amusement parks, and impose a limit of 200 people that be allowed in theaters, concert halls and cinemas. The measures takes effect immediately and apply for four weeks, until November 19 in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 that threatens to overhelm hospitals.
