South Korea decides to implement more stringent measures in Seoul Capital Area for one week and raise social distancing rules outside Seoul Capital Area to Level 1.5 for two weeks from December 1. In Seoul Capital Area, the health authorities announces to ban saunas and steam-bath rooms in bathhouses, as well as nine indoor exercises practiced by groups for one week. The government also will ban New Year's Eve parties organized by hotels and other accommodation facilities.
