Singapore begins reopening of its borders with the launch of Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTL) for fully vaccinated travellers from Germany and Brunei, while quarantine-free restrictions will be eased for travelers of Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China (except Jiangsu Province), New Zealand and Taiwan.
